You don't need to install third-party stopwatch software for Windows 10, because Windows 10 already has it.
1. Go to Search (Ask me anything column) beside the Start menu.
2. Type: stopwatch
3. You will see the Alarm & Clock, choose/click it
4. Choose Stopwatch tab
5. Ready for use.
