Go to Vaio Control Center from Start menu or you can use Search column by typing Vaio control center.
In Vaio Control Center page :
1. Choose Display.
2. Select Automatic Brightness Settings.
3. Uncheck the Adjust brightness automatically.
If you need to disable Auto Brightness in Sony Vaio Laptop.
