Below are the steps to remove / hide or disable All Programs from the Start Menu in Windows 7 Computer
• Go to the Run command by pressing Win + R (on the keyboard Windows Logo + R)
• Type gpedit.msc and click OK or press Enter
The Local Group Policy Editor window will appear
• Click on User Configuration
• Click on Administrative Templates
• Click on The Start Menu and Taskbar
• See the right window, find the Remove All Programs list from the Start menu, double-click on it if you have found
• At the next window, give a check at Enable
• Click Apply, Click OK
You can see the result, No All Programs at The Start Menu now.
