To give a watermark on a document in Microsoft Office 2007, here is the way:
• Open MS. Word Document that you want to give the watermark
• Click on the Page Layout tab
• Click on the Watermark
• Select the type / displaying of watermark, in accordance with yours
• Click on the Custom Watermark to make customize, change text, fonts, or select a Picture watermark (background image ) as a watermark
